During this meeting we want to share as much information, guidance, and problem-solving ideas as possible …we love this part! _Below is an overview of how our meetings typically run_s:
Step 1: Take a Seat
· <span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: " times="" new="" roman";"="">When we arrive at your home, we will ask to be seated in an area with a table where we can work, like a command center. We will get to know each other a bit review a questionnaire; discuss any questions you have; share any images or ideas you have gathered for us.
Step 2: Take a Tour
· <span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: " times="" new="" roman";"="">Next we will take a tour of the areas or rooms you want to work on, in order of priority. We will collaborate, share, problem solve and take a few notes.
Step 3: Take Notes
· <span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: " times="" new="" roman";"="">At the 75 min. mark we will hit the pause button and to back to the command center to create our meeting notes and take pictures of spaces we discussed and our notes.
Step 4: Take the Next Steps:
· <span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: " times="" new="" roman";"="">At the 90 min. mark we will regroup, share our notes with you and determine how you’d like to move forward with your project.
· <span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: " times="" new="" roman";"="">If you’re interested in moving forward with our help, we will take this time to review our processes with you in more detail and determine which design package best suits your project needs.
Step 5: After Our Meeting:
